Activity Summary for Nov. 24 - Nov. 30:
Total days I got some form of physical activity: 6 out of 7
Total days I did weight lifting: 3 out of 7
Estimated total hours: minutes of all activity (excluding stretching): 3:50
Not my best week ever. When I'm off my routine in general, it can throw me off my exercise routine. I had a doctor appt. after work on Monday and went to a career networking event after work on Wednesday, but if I'd planned ahead better, I could have fit in more exercise those days. I also let my full stretching routine every day slide, and this wasn't my best week for flossing, either. But, I think this coming week will be better. I know that I *am* capable of planning around unusual weeks, because I did it the week of Thanksgiving, so I just need to make that a priority.
Also, I've signed up for my fitness re-test next Saturday, so once that is out of the way, I'll only have to make sure to lift weights each Tues/Thurs/Sat between now and Christmas to reach my "Five Health and Fitness Goals in 55 days."

Date: 2007-12-03 07:55 pm (UTC)I have read, though, repeatedly, that people who are most consistent about exercising actually plan it into their schedule like meetings and other important things and they think ahead and plan around obstacles like travel and holidays. I'm trying to be forward thinking in that way.
Good luck with your own fitness goals!
