Living at work

I've felt really busy the last few weeks, maybe not over-scheduled, but definitely fully-scheduled. I can't remember the lat time I just sat on the couch and read a book for a couple of hours.
I notice I've been doing and more and more things at work that I used to do at home. I've been bringing stuff to work so I can eat breakfast at my desk instead of getting up 10 minutes earlier so I can have cereal at home. I have stashed decongestants and vitamins at work so I can take them there instead of doing it in the morning before work. I've been reading LJ on my breaks at work.
I've been trying to figure out what I can cut out of my schedule to free up some time so I don't feel so rushed and crazed all the time. I considered cutting out my Wednesday night yoga classes to free up some time, but I think it's good for me to have regularly scheduled exercise and relaxation time. So, something else has to go, and it CAN'T be sleep. I'm barely squeaking by with 6.5 or 7 hours of sleep most weeknights, and I really function better on 8 or 8.5.
The thing is, I really LIKE all the things I have in my schedule right now and I don't want to cut ANY of them out. But life is about compromise, so I need to keep thinking about how to fit everything in, still get enough sleep, and also get some alone time in, too. I feel like I haven't had much quiet time for contemplation and creativity lately. I miss it.
