Activity update: Long overdue edition

I kind of fell off the wagon on vacation- not that I haven't been exercising, but I haven't been tracking very closely. Even while on vacation, we walked quite a bit, and we went to the local YMCA to do weights and cardio one day while in Virginia. I'm sure I got some kind of exercise at least 4 out of 7 days for the last few weeks, but I can't recreate every day, so I'm just going to start over as of mid-October.
Oct. 22-28
Total days active: 5 out of 7
Total days did full body stretch: 3 out of 7
Comments: This week included two gym workouts, but I also have been trying to enjoy walks outdoors while the weather is still nice. Still not doing great with the stretching, but there was one day I didn't get any cardio or weights in but I still did a full stretch. Today, I have a slight muscle pull in my lower back from doing a circuit-training DVD at home, so I think that's a sign about how much I really do need to stretch regularly... :(.
