Comments on activity: I enjoyed mixing it up with home workouts and gym workouts this week.
Comments on stretching: I back-slid a bit here. Trying to figure out how to get back on track.

Total days did full body stretch: 3 out of 7
Comments on activity and stretching: Between a change in my work schedule and then getting sick, I've been thrown off my schedule for exercising, stretching AND tracking. I think I need to ask myself before I go to bed each night, "Have you stretched today?" And then just make myself do it, even if I really wish I'd been in bed 10 minutes ago. A full body stretch only takes about 10 minutes max, so I need to stop neglecting this.
