Comments on activity: I'm trying to mix it up with gym workouts and exercise at home. I think I want to find ways to make working out more fun. One thing that might make it less of a chore, if not outright fun, is asking myself "What kind of workout do you want to do today?" rather than sticking to a pre-ordained schedule. I hope that my body asks for regular resistance training, because I've always had a harder time getting enthused about that than about doing cardio or yoga.
Comments on stretching: Better than last week, but I still want to work on getting more consistent. I don't know if I have to post a big sign around the house reminding me to stretch or what. Again, it's generally easier for me to remember to stretch when I hit then gym than when I exercise at home, though I did a yoga DVD this past week and really felt like it was what I needed. I'm really tight in a lot of places and want to work on getting back to the flexibility I had when I was doing yoga on a more regular basis.
