-Flossed, read for pleasure

Wednesday Dec. 26:
-25 min. yoga VHS
-10 min. outdoor walking
-Flossed, played with cat

Thursday Dec. 27:
-PT session
-15 min. on elliptical
-Abbreviated upper body weight routine
-15 min. on treadmill
-Full upper/lower body stretch
-Flossed, moisturized

Friday Dec. 28:
-Rest day
-Read for pleasure

Total days I got some form of physical activity: 4 out of 7
Total days I did weight lifting: 2 out of 7

A bit of an off week, and next week may be a bit off, too, but I refuse to beat myself up about it. Between holidays, PT, and work craziness, I really deserved a few rest days. Not too many, because regular exercise makes me feel better, but if I'm going to have a few lazy days, it seems like the winter  holidays is the time to do it.
