Activity Summary for Dec.15-21:
Total days I got some form of physical activity: 6 out of 7
Total days I did weight lifting: 3 out of 7
Estimated total hours: minutes of all activity (excluding stretching): 4:20

I put in a fair amount of overtime this week and we had socializing and last minute-holiday stuff to do, so I'm just glad my total activity was over 4 hours, that I got my weights in 3 times, and I did yoga or some other kind of stretching every day.  Saturday is normally a weight-training day for me, but our gym is closed while they work on their water pipes today, so we're planning to lift tomorrow. Once I've done that, I'll have completed my "5 Health & Fitness Goals in 55 Days" challenge.

As promised back in this entry, here are some photos of my bright blue Super Sarah yogatard. It fits pretty well, and the built-in bra is actually pretty supportive. However, this is made for a woman with much more of a pear shape- it has lots of room for the "saddle bags" that I don't have, so it's a little loose and floppy just under my hips. That's not a big deal since it gives me plenty of room to move around. Please pay no attention to the fact that the "Warrior's Pose" I'm executing in these aren't really all that good (I should be doing a little deeper lunge) and the Christmas preparation mess in the background.

We have quite a few mirrors in the house. We have decent square footage, but some of the individual rooms feel pretty small. That's our living room-one whole wall is mirrors. There's also an entry-way closet that has a mirror front, and the closet in the upstairs hall and in the master bedroom are both mirrored as well.

The mirrors in the living room are kind of nice if I feel like doing yoga in there- easy to check my form.

I would love to have form mirrors all over. That's why I'm so jealous. I have one tall mirror, and that's it. An entire wall of mirrors? Oh, heavenly!
