Saturday Oct. 27:
-15 min. on elliptical
-Full upper body weight routine
-15 min. on the treadmill
-Full upper/lower body stretch
-Moisturized, flossed, read for pleasure
Sunday Oct. 28:
-45 min. fence painting and mowing
-Called Mom
Monday Oct. 29:
-12 min. swimming laps
-1 hour yoga class
-Read for pleasure, ate 5+ fruits and veggies & more than 25 grams fiber
Tuesday Oct. 30:
-13 min. on stationary bike
-Full upper body weight routine
-10 minutes on treadmill
-Full upper/lower body stretch
-Moisturized, read for pleasure
Wednesday Oct. 31:
-Rest day
-Full upper/lower body stretech
-Read for pleasure
Thursday Nov. 1:
-15 minutes on elliptical
-Full upper body weight routine
-10 minutes on treadmill
-Full upper/lower body stretch
-Moisturized, flossed
Friday Nov. 2:
-Walked 2 miles on track
-Full upper/lower body stretch
-Hot tubbing with J., moisturized, flossed
Activity Summary for Oct. 27 - Nov. 2:
Total days I got some form of physical activity: 6 out of 7
Total days I did weight lifting: 3 out of 7
Estimated total hours: minutes of all activity (excluding stretching): 4:50
I did well with the stretching. Now if I can just get more consistent with the flossing!
