-Full upper body weight routine
-10 minutes on the elliptical
-5 minutes dribbling and shooting baskets
-Full upper/lower body stretch
-Moisturized, read for pleasure, played with cat, flossed

Sunday Oct. 14:
-30 min. yard work
-Bubble bath, foot scrub & massage, moisturized, read for pleasure, flossed

Monday Oct. 15:
-20 minutes swimming laps
-1 hour yoga class
-Played with cat

Tuesday Oct. 16:
-Walked 1 mile on track
-Full upper body weight routine
-14 minutes on elliptical
-Full upper/lower body stretch
-Moisturized, read for pleasure

Wednesday Oct. 17:
-30 minutes outdoor walking
-Full upper/lower body stretch
-Played with cat, called Mom

Thursday Oct. 18:
-15 minutes on elliptical
-Full upper body weight routine
-13 minutes on treadmill
-Full upper/lower body stretch
-Moisturized, flossed, read for pleasure

Friday Oct. 19:
-Walked 2 miles on track
-Full upper/lower body stretch
-Hot tub with J.
-Moisturized

I want to get more consistent with stretching and flossing, but I thought this was a pretty good week, despite having some muscles strains on Monday and Tuesday. I still need to schedule a massage, too. Between the workouts and the job stress, I really need one.
