-35 minute bike ride
-Flossed teeth, read for pleasure, called Mom, bought a new bike
Sunday Sept. 9:
-Walked 1 mile on track
-Full upper body weight routine
-10 minutes on elliptical
-Moisturized
Monday Sept. 10:
-10 minute bike ride
-1 hour yoga class
-Played with cat, bandaged thumb, flossed
Tuesday Sept. 11:
-Walked 1 mile on track
-Full upper body weight routine
-Full upper/lower body stretch routine
-10 minutes on treadmill
-Bandaged thumb
Wednesday Sept. 12:
-20 minutes outdoor biking
-Full upper/lower body stretch routine
-Flossed teeth, read for pleasure
Thursday Sept. 13:
-Walked half a mile on the track
-Full upper body weight routine
-Full upper/lower body stretch routine
-10 minutes on stationary bike
-Moisturized, flossed teeth
Friday Sept. 14:
-Rest day from the gym
-Flossed, celebrated birthday
-Full upper/lower body stretch routine

-1 hour cardio/sculpting class on the BOSU

-4 hour bike ride

Total days I got some form of physical activity: 5 out of 7
Total days I did weight lifting: 2 out of 7
Estimated total hours: minutes of all activity (excluding stretching): 7:25
I need to make sure I do a full stretch every day. I'm not upset about only getting in 2 days of weight training instead of the 3 per week I've been shooting for since that 4-hour bike ride took so much out of me. I'm pretty happy with my progress, though I don't expect to get in 7+ hours of activity every week. Just trending generally upward so that 3 and a half to 4 hours per week is the normal baseline is A-OK with me.
