Fitness update

May 16 - May 22
Number of days I got at least 10 minutes of cardio exercise: 6 out of 7
Total hours: minutes of cardio exercise: 3:00
Total days I did at least 5 minutes of stretching: 3
Total days I did at least 4 weight-bearing exercises: 3
May 23 - May 29
Number of days I got at least 10 minutes of cardio exercise: 4 out of 7
Total hours: minutes of cardio exercise: 1:50
Total days I did at least 5 minutes of stretching: 2
Total days I did at least 4 weight-bearing exercises: 0
I gave myself a break this last week, because I was tired and achey and on the road a lot. We walked on vacation, which was nice. I also did some sit-ups and push-ups, but not enough to qualify for the "four weight-bearing exercises" category.
Back to my more vigorous routine this next week, and I'm going to try to be more consistent about stretching. I'm excited that J. and I have signed up to go to the local community college's brand new recreation center when it opens in September. We'll be paying quite a bit more than we do for our current gym, but our current gym is pretty run down. Plus, at the new place, I can take all the aerobics, spinning, and yoga classes I can fit in for *no extra cost* and they'll have a really rockin' pool! I'd love to start swimming more often.
