"Microthrills" by Wendy Spero. Funny memoirs along the lines of David Sedaris. She smokes a lot of pot, talks to her sex therapist single Mom about a lot of inappropriate things, and has an obsession with candy and stuffed animals.

and

"Zen and the Art of Writing" by Ray Bradbury. Good stuff about his writing process, theories on writing, and how he got his ideas for short stories and novels.
