Things to be happy about/grateful for

-Over the last few months, I've made a new friend, and J. has met some new folks that we're planning to play euchre with on Thursday.
-I figured out some ergonomic stuff at my work station, and my shoulder is feeling a lot better than it usually does. (We'll see if that holds up through the busiest part of the quarter and doing overtime.)

Did you use some kind of study results, written guidelines, and diagrams like what can be found there, or did you just make intuitive adjustments yourself according to what seemed to feel most comfortable?
