My god! I think one cannot heap enough scorn on the movie "Daredevil." It is truly awful from the stinky script with cliche line of dialogue after cliche line of dialogue to Ben Affleck's total inability to convince me he's really crying.

I only watched the middle 50 minutes of it; dionysus1999 watched it from beginning to end. His take on the movie can be found here:

To be fair, it WAS stupid, but I personally found it to be a fun-stupid. Everything was over-the-top, ham-fisted, and corny, like the old-style comics (before Batman got moody). At least the floors weren't tilted, a la the Batman TV show. But I can see how someone could dislike it strongly.

We have the DVD if you ever want to borrow it.

Having (regretably) seen this turd, I have to fully agree that it has basically no redeeming value. Jennifer Garner in her Electra getup is hot and all, but by that point I'd already determined the fate of those involved in making this flick. It's "to the pain" when I find them!
