It must have been you who mentioned tahini granola a few weeks ago. I tried it myself, mixing and matching recipes (Alton Brown's basic procedure), and it turned out pretty well.

Here was mine:
3/8 cup tahini
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (2 capfulls)
1 tsp salt
3 cups rolled oats
1 cup crushed, toasted almonds
1 cup toasted coconut
1/4 cup flax seeds
Bake on a sheet pan, 250 for 75 minutes
Mix in 1 1/4 cup dried cranberries
