Comments: Even with upping my total hours & minutes of activity and putting in some fairly intense gym workouts, I'm feeling better mentally and physically. Thanks to anyone reading who left me encouraging comments on my last activity update post, btw. I've still had a few aches here and there, but it's been manageable. Much more upbeat this week. I was reading an article about the changes your body goes through in each phase of your menstrual cycle, and while I'm not drawing a straight line, I do need to remember that energy levels, achy-ness, etc. all ebb and flow, and just because I'm feeling off one week doesn't mean I'll feel shitty forever. This week included 2 gym workouts, lots of outdoor walking and a fair amount of yardwork. I'm enjoying being active outside, for sure.
