I've done water aerobics in the past and really loved it. Unfortunately, the times it's offered at my fitness center aren't ideal. Saturday is about the only day that works for me, and I'm not consistently up and ready to head to the gym by 10 a.m.-ish on Saturdays. I may make an effort to pick up a water class here and there though- I bet it'd be good exercise without triggering my ouchy-ness.
