-20 minutes outdoor walking
-Full upper/lower body stretch routine

Tuesday July 1:
-15 min. elliptical
-Full upper body weight routine
-7 min. treadmill
-Full upper/lower body stretch

Wednesday July 2:
-1 hour & 20 min. outdoor biking
-Read for pleasure, played w/ cat, flossed

Thursday July 3:
-12 min. treadmill
-Full upper body weight routine
-6 min. elliptical
-Full upper/lower body stretch
-Flossed

Friday July 4:
-1 hour & 5 min. outdoor biking
-Full upper/lower body stretch
-Called Mom, flossed

Activity Summary for June 28 - July 4:
Total days I got some form of physical activity: 7 out of 7
Total days I did weight lifting: 3 out of 7
Estimated total hours: minutes of all activity (excluding stretching): 5:35

It felt good to be so active, but I also know that if I push myself too hard, I just crash. I could be doing better with the stretching and flossing, but mostly I'm pleased. We'll see if I can keep up the momentum for the next few weeks.
