Activity Summary for June 14 - June 20:
Total days I got some form of physical activity: 6 out of 7
Total days I did weight lifting: 2 out of 7
Estimated total hours: minutes of all activity (excluding stretching): 3:05
So, I blew TWO of my goals this week. Not feeling so great about myself on many fronts. I didn't get my goal of 3:15 hours of exercise or my 3 days of weight lifting. I thought I was having flare in my thyroid symptoms, but my lab results came back normal. My energy level is better this week , but I'm still noticing water weight puffiness. It was only happening around "that time of the month," but now I'm noticing it more frequently. It's possible that being constantly stressed was playing with my energy levels, but I wouldn't think it'd make me puffy. I am thinking about my next move.
Goals for the next few weeks are to get back into the swing of 3 days of weight lifting a week, planning ahead better for fitting in exercise even on long work days and not sabotaging myself, and working on dialing down the stress levels. Tuesday deadline was BAD. I dreamed about my fuckups and woke up worrying about them all last night. Ugh. I need to find a way to be like a duck and let this stuff roll off me.
