I'm not going to get rich this way, but it's been a motivation to get back to writing on a semi-regular basis, even if it isn't the genre I'd prefer. I'd like to get back to doing short stories/my novella again, but still, it feels good to be a little creative again.
I'm also hoping that after getting back into the practice of writing regularly, I may get confident enough to start marketing articles to higher-paying venues.
