I strained two different muscles in two days- lower back on one side in yoga class Monday and mid-back on the other side yesterday during weight training.

I think maybe my body is telling me I need to take it easy for a day or two. :(

I think I'm probably weaker and more injury-prone during "that time of month" and when I'm stressed out about work, and this week, I've had the winning combo.

I'm thinking heating pad and lots of *gentle* stretching.
