Yes, I think weight-cycling is really dangerous. It's not the losing weight so much as the regain that seems to raise blood pressure and fat-to-muscle ratios and so on. Since 90-95 percent of dieters regain, repeated weight-loss dieting is a recipe for wrecking your metabolism.
