Happy Kitteh news

On a happier note than my last pet-related post, I really like my new vet, recommended by a friend as someone who really loves animals. One would hope someone going into veterinary work would like animals, but the new doc is obviously *really* good with animals. Case in point, Boy has been sneezing a lot and being a little lethargic and off his food, so I asked about it at the re-check I was already scheduled for today because of a minor ear infection. Dr. Steve was holding Boy and listening to his heart and lungs, holding him tight so he couldn't squirm away, but also pretty gently, and while he had him up close, he gave Boy a little kiss on the top of his head.

That won me over right there - I knew I'd picked the right vet. :)
