***I love my 10 Minute Solution: Pilates DVD. If you're in a rush, you can pick one of the 10-minute segments and do just one:
-Pilates "Burn" (cardio)
-Sculpting Pilates
-Pilates for the Thighs & Buttocks
-Pilates for Abs
-Pilates for Flexibility
Or, you can do all five for a tough but well-rounded 50-minute workout. Or, you can do like we did and mix and match two or three programs. Best of all, you can program the DVD to play the segments in any order you want so you don't have to fuss around with the remote in the middle of your workout. I like the 10-minute format because these are BRUTAL workouts, but you can say to yourself, "It's just 10 minutes. I can do 10 minutes."
