My G-g-generation

Normally, I'm not a fan of the kind of humor that derives from old people doing things you wouldn't normally associate with people of their age (i.e. The Rapping Granny type humor), but this video is actually pretty sweet, and has something to say about how older people are devalued. And, you've gotta love the little old man (101 years old!) giving the finger at the end!

What would you do with a stinky cheese?

So, I've got this super-stinky sharp, soft Dutch cheese. It's a little over-the-top for snacking with crackers. I did like it sliced very thin and small in a green salad with strawberry slices and balsamic viniagrette dressing, but I need to find other ways to use it. I'm thinking a casserole, maybe, like a homemade three-cheese macaroni or a vegetable gratin.

Anybody else have other ideas for what I can do with it?
