With a certain on-line "community" I used to be deeply involved in. It's dead for weeks and weeks, and then someone posts something innocuous, and then there's a shitstorm. Dead/flame/dead/flame is not a healthy pattern. I checked out and didn't read for about three months, and recently started checking back in occasionally. I'm about ready to give up on it altogether. Blech.

I am in need of no more sources of negativity in my life.
