Non-sequitur Post
Apr. 11th, 2005 01:37 pm-I've noticed a certain voice doing documentaries and other voice-over work, and assumed it was William Hurt. Now, I’ve heard Jay Ellison introduce the
"This I Believe" series on NPR, and I'm fairly convinced it was HIS voice, and not Hurt's, that I was hearing. The timbre and cadence of their voices are remarkably similar.
-My sweetie and I skipped the gym in favor of exercising outside on Saturday. We went to the County Farm Park walking trails and did the Parcour. That's the walking trail that has various stations for other balance and toning exercises. It must have been a good workout, because my abs are still sore today, and I was out like a light on Saturday night. I felt like I was shot with a tranquilizing dart gun. Once I was in sleep’s grip, I was OUT.
-Man was the weather beautiful this weekend! I think some of the loveliest days all year happen in April. The sun and warmth are improving my mood, but they aren’t doing much for my motivation at work. I want to play hooky and go loll in the sunshine.
-I'm practicing making shortcuts for web links, and I kind of suck at it. I had to edit this post 4 times to get it right. Oh well, we can't all be experts at everything, can we?
