Activity update: 3 weeks worth

Sept. 3 - 9

Total days active: 6 out of 7
Total days did full body stretch: 5 out of 7

Comments: This was a good week for activity and stretching. It included a "Total Body" class at my gym and doing a yoga DVD at home, plus outdoor exercise. I always like mixin' it up.

Sept. 10 -16

Total days active: 4 out of 7
Total days did full body stretch: 2 out of 7

Comments: ...and then I totally fell down the following week. Only 4 active days and totally blew it with stretching.

Sept. 17-23

Total days active: 5 out of 7
Total days did full body stretch: 0 out of 7

Comments: It's not like I didn't stretch at all during those seven days- I did some stretches, just didn't hit all major muscle groups on any particular day. Not feeling all that ouchy, surprisingly. Still, would like to do better next week...

Today, I mowed and I will be taking a meditation class at my fitness center this evening, so the week is already off to a good start. :)
