Activity update: Special Procrastination edition

The last few weeks, I've been making the mistake of not tracking my activity at least every other day. If I wait longer to track it in my little notebook, I have to wrack my brains to remember what I did for the last week or so. But, to the best of my recollection...

Aug. 13-19

Total days active: 5 out of 7
Total days did full body stretch: 3 out of 7

Comments:
Not so great with the stretching, but one of the sessions was 25 minutes of yoga, which felt good. I keep thinking I should make doing a yoga video a priority at least once or twice a week, but so far, it hasn't happened...

Aug. 20-26

Total days active: 6 out of 7
Total days did full body stretch: 3 out of 7

Again, not great with stretching, but I've been enjoying being active outdoors, from walking around Heritage Festival to mowing to riding bikes around the neighborhood with J.
