Activity update
June 18 - 24
Total days active: 7 out of 7
Total days did full body stretch: 3 out of 7
Comments: I actually did a spotty job of recording my activity for the week, so the 3 out of 7 for stretching is a guess. I know I stretched for sure twice and think there was one other day. Could be better, but there's always next week. I'm enjoying getting a lot of outdoor lifestyle activity, like mowing and weeding as well as walking and biking. I'm also making an effort to do some more vigorous workouts, whether with videos at home or weights & cardio at the gym, at least a couple times a week. Though vigorous exercise can make my hip feel ouchy, it really seems to help a lot with anxiety and getting good sleep.
I've completely filled up my one "Self care & activity" journal where I jot my daily activity and other self-care (flossing, moisturizing, getting massages, etc.) I've been keeping it since Aug. 31 of 2007, so almost 2 years! I have a new, tiny journal that totes around easily in my purse, so I'm hoping to be a little more consistent about jotting down my activity and self care on a regular basis, rather than trying to remember what I did six or seven days ago...
