Aha! Third question
Here's the third question I forgot:
3. What time do you set your alarm clock for a typical workday? The reason I ask is this: in movies and TV shows, I see people with first shift jobs setting their alarms for 8 a.m. and I'm always thinking, "Seriously? 8 a.m.? You're a police chief and your alarm goes off at 8 a.m.?" I'd be willing to bet that most people on my FL- excluding those with 2nd or 3rd shift jobs- set their alarms for somewhere between 5 a.m. and 7 a.m. Ours is set for 6:08 a.m. on weekdays, but if we're skipping the gym, we sometimes sleep in until about 6:40...

If I worked in a more professional setting I might have to get up at 7:30, but I can't imagine getting up much before that. I am actively dreading next school year when Britt has to be out the door even earlier, because I'm already frustrated that I have to get up a full hour before I 'need' to now to make sure she gets to school on time.
