No Nohari

The Johari and Nohari squares have a lot of people doing some self-analysis. I *do* think it's interesting how people see me, and how that differs from how I see myself. I've also seen a fair amount of people being troubled by the Nohari window for one reason or another. I'm not going to do that one (though the Johari link is one back in my LJ if you haven't done it yet and want to).

I have a pretty good grasp on my negative attributes, though. The ones I'd pick for myself are:
*intolerant
*inflexible
aloof
insecure
vulgar
lethargic
withdrawn
hostile
selfish
unhelpful
cynical
cruel
distant
impatient
panicky
insensitive
*self-satisfied
smug
overdramatic
callous

Not, of course, all of them all the time, but I'm not all my positive traits all the time, either.

What do you mean "troubled by the Nohari window"? All I've noticed is that nobody seems to fill it out, so it doesn't provide much information! I'm not sure if that's the same thing you're talking about, though.

The two things I've seen people say are (paraphrased):
1. I'm already really critical of myself, and I'll just obsess over the negative things people say about me.

or

2. I can't imagine labelling any of my friends with these negative things; I think it's mean.
