High/Scope Foundation

Does anyone have any information about the High/Scope Foundation? Had a good or bad experience with them or with their material? Know anyone who worked there and liked it or didn't?

I have a possible job opportunity with them, and while the job looks totally fab on paper, the corporate culture and your co-workers can make a job better or worse, so I'm just curious.
