Vocabulary words for the day

sartorial
adj.
pronounced: sar-TOR-ee-ul
definition: of tailors or talioring; of clothing or dress, esp. men's
comments: I'd heard this word before, but had no idea that's what it meant.

imprimatur
n.
pronounced: im-pri-MAHT-ur
definition: license or permission to publish; any sanction or approval
comments: I've seen this word in print, and knew it meant something like "seal of approval" but I had no idea that was how it was pronounced.
