Remember when I talked about the book, Small Changes, Big Results?

Her big thing is to categorize food into 3 categories: Usually, sometimes, and rarely. I LOVE this idea, as nothing is off limits! Which is my mantra. I hate the word diet, and I hate counting calories or anything like that. So, this is kind of what I go by.
