Expanding a bit on (3), I think that all foods should have the same starting opportunity, without being labeled "good" or "bad", but as you learn the effect of each food on your body, you can assign relative values to them to keep them in balance. I kept close track of everything I ate and how I felt, and was able to find out that the severity of my allergies are directly related to the amount of dairy I eat. I don't label dairy "bad", but I do pay very close attention to keeping the amount I eat in balance at certain times of the year.
