Open Letter to the guys at the Victory Lane Oil Change

A "quick" oil change is not supposed to take 1 hour and 35 minutes. A mangy rose does not make up for my wait while your guy drove to the auto parts store to get the make of oil filter required for my car. A steep discount might have made me less enraged, but you didn't offer one.
