Obesity caused by a virus?

I've seen in a couple LJ's and elsewhere, links to a study that indicates that, at least in chickens, having antibodies to certain viruses might be linked to obesity.

Big Fat Blog points out that one of the study's coauthors - Richard L. Atkinson-- happens to own a company called Obetech, LLC. And Obetech happens to offer a test kit to see if you've got the obesity antibody - only $450!
